How it works

Yes -just email us the delivery names and addresses, ideally on a spreadsheet. In accordance with GDPR this data will be deleted within 4 weeks of delivery.

Yes - we do this for staff birthday gifts, on-boarding gifts etc. Whatever works best for you - email us on an ad-hoc basis, monthly, or set up a schedule for the whole year. We want to make it easy for you - we can put your gift into our schedule up to a year in advance or let us know by 2pm for delivery the next day.

We can take payment by BACS or by card.

If you set up an account with us we can arrange to send your invoice monthly for payment by BACS or card.

For bulk orders we require payment in advance to secure the stock and book a space in our schedule.

What about the gifts?

Absolutely! We have many, many wonderful British-made gifts and can ensure your gift package has only gifts designed and produced in Britain by our fabulous independent artisan businesses.

If you would like to include something we don't already stock we can usually get this in for you, subject to minimum orders.

Many of our corporate clients have requirements for vegan gifts. We have fantastic suggestions for vegan gifts, both food and non-food. If you need gluten-free, nut-free or with any other dietary requirements we can accommodate this too.

We pride ourselves on our beautiful and sustainable gift packaging.

Our usual options are:

- our bespoke card box with the gifts nestled in biodegradable paper shred (which can be colour matched to your brand colours for bulk orders), tissue paper and grosgrain ribbon (colours can also be matched to brand colours for larger orders). We can usually include your logo on the box itself and the stickers used to seal the tissue paper inside and the outside of the box.

- White or black willow hamper baskets with or without cotton lining. These also have the tissue paper and paper shred in the option above.

- We can also do special requests! Need a gift bag? A different coloured box? A wooden crate or lidded box? Just let us know and we can source something to match your requirements

Absolutely! For one-off or small bulk orders we can handwrite your gift message on the card for a personal touch. For larger bulk orders we can print your message on the card (and include your logo or any design on the card).

Yes! We can include your own items or media etc.

For one-off and small orders we can offer Next Day delivery. For larger orders it depends on whether we need to order in stock and if you require branding to be added. Please contact us and we can give you an idea of current timescales.

Budget & Quantity

You can send as few as one and we are very much used to sending bulk orders of up to around 500 boxes, however we would welcome even larger orders than this!

We work to all budgets!

Most of our clients spend between £30 - £200 per box and some of our clients spend up to £1000 on bespoke and truly special hampers.

We can also accommodate budgets of less than £30 per box.
