Giant Corn Scratchings  (gluten free, vegan) by Serious Pig

The corn is lovingly harvested in the high-altitude Cuzco Valley of Peru. These crunchy kernels are vegan, gluten-free, and set to become a new favourite beer snack, tossed in a blend of sage, sea salt, and white pepper, delivering an umami flavour reminiscent of traditional pork scratchings.

In contrast to conventional pork scratchings, these Giant Corn Scratchings contain only 1.1g of saturated fat per 100g, compared to an average of 18g found in traditional pork scratchings!
