Simply place in a clean microwave with a rotary table for 1-2 minutes maximum on a medium setting.  Alternatively place in the freezer for a cooling effect.

100% cotton with soft fleece backing except the navy & green tartan which is fully covered in fleece and the wild flowers which is fully cotton.
